We took this cooling table offline to use the space for additional equipment. It's well maintained and in good conditional. Last used for popcorn and other similar snack foods.

Two, 2011 combination Cooker and Mixer units (Caramelizers). Stainless steel construction. The caramelizer features a digital temperature control, audible alarm when cook temperature is reached, bottom mixer and top auger.  The two CMD-100 units are mounted on a 15-foot table cooling table. Each caramelizer can produce around 80 Lbs/Hr of caramel popcorn. Finished product rate is based on a recipe of 80% cook caramel and 20% popped popcorn.
